    Hours: 8 Hours, Monday - Friday

    Calendar: 260-Day

    Rate: PAEOP - Level C

    Budget Code

    Notes: The purpose of this position is to provide support for the school/department, including a variety of accounting and payroll duties. This position is technical in nature and requires the ability to handle situations with minimal supervision.

    External applicants will be given consideration once the internal bidding process has been completed.

    Hiring Requirements

    • High school graduation or equivalent.
    • 3-5 years of prior job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Demonstrated skills in school district human resources, finance, bookkeeping and accounting (payroll, purchasing requisitioning, and cash handling).
    • Candidate must pass a clerical assessment for this position.

    Preferred Experience

    • Benefits experience preferred.
    • Experience in school district or public agency experience with more than 1,000 employees.
    • Experience with BusinessPlus software, online applicant system, and MS Office systems, including advanced Excel skills.
    • AA degree or higher.

    Required Testing

    • Candidate must pass a clerical assessment for this position if considered for hire.
      • Assessments are given by invitation only. Upon consideration applicants will be contacted to schedule a test.
