Follows schematics and specification documents to complete measuring, fitting, wiring, and soldering of components to assemble units. Being a Precision Assembler calibrates and tests subcomponents and finished products to ensure quality and functionality. Inspects produced parts for quality assurance, identifies defects and makes adjustments. Additionally, Precision Assembler uses standard hand and power tools, and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and dial calipers. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Precision Assembler works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.     Job Summary: Provide financial information to the organization by maintaining and reconciling accounts while managing day-to-day accounting operations-including, but not limited to A/R, A/P, and Payroll.

    Accountabilities & Essential Functions

    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Inventory
    • Payroll Taxes
    • Record day-to-day financial transactions
    • Provide information to the external accountant, as necessary
    • Schedule and accomplish special projects as they arise
    • Preparation for Labor and Insurance Audits
    • Reconciliation of bank accounts
    • G/L review and reporting responsibility in QuickBooks and our ERP system, including preparation of monthly Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheet

    • Proven bookkeeping experience
    • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and payable/receivable principles
    • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
