Press Operator Assistant - All Widths jobs in Kansas City, MO

We are seeking a mature, mechanically-inclined, career-oriented, person to join our printing team. This person will likely work our night shift (4:00 pm-12:00 am).

The person selected will work directly with our current press team to produce high-quality products for our customers on deadline. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both people and machinery, have a calm demeanor and a natural curiosity about mechanical equipment. We are looking for people who have a desire to grow with the company and develop a long-term career. NPG will provide broad manufacturing training that will benefit the employee for a lifetime in an environment that is respectful and challenging.

This is an hourly position. The starting rate of pay for this position is $20/hr. Raises will be given when the employee passes specific operational benchmarks, so your pay will be determined by the speed with which you master the various parts of the job.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 70 lbs.
