Principal Architect oversees and manages a team responsible for architectural projects. Reviews and approves architectural procedures and techniques used to complete projects. Being an Principal Architect has a diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices, uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for final specifications, approval of ordered materials, and overall guidance on objectives and concepts. Ensures architectural designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and standards. Additionally, Principal Architect keeps up to date on the development of new architectural methods or techniques. Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture. Requires a State Architect's License. Typically reports to a director. The Principal Architect typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and accepting new business submissions from our Broker Dealers.     The Impact

    In this role, you will communicate effectively with registered representatives, agency personnel, and internal business partners regarding suitability concerns and guidelines. You will review trading activity and ensure compliance with our firm policies and procedures. You will also identify and resolve any issues independently, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Review and accept new and existing submissions related to Brokerage, Direct, and Third-Party Advisory accounts.

    Supervise trading activity and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.

    Identify root causes of issues and provide solutions independently.

    Develop and implement operational and supervisory procedures.

    Consult with registered representatives and provide guidance on suitability concerns.

    Identify trends and implement risk mitigation measures.

    The Minimum Qualifications

    Hold FINRA Series 7 & 24 at the time of application.

    Have at least 3 years of experience conducting suitability reviews in our company OR at least 5 years of experience in the brokerage/advisory space.

    High School Diploma or equivalent.

    The Ideal Qualifications

    Have at least 5 years of experience conducting suitability reviews in our company OR at least 7 years of experience in the brokerage/advisory space.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    College degree preferred, with a concentration in business or finance.

    Passionate about embracing business process improvement.

    Ability to think independently and challenge the opinions of others tactfully.
