Principal Architect jobs in New Brunswick, NJ

Our client is a full-service architectural firm founded over 30 years ago based in central New Jersey that specializes in high-end residential and commercial projects. They are seeking an ambitious architect for their production team!

Job Description:

• Producing and designing construction documents in AutoCAD (including floor plans, elevations, spacing, section details, wall sections, etc)
• Collaborate with team for field surveying, design development, construction documents and coordination with consultants
• Preparing planning board packages for site plan approvals

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in residential or commercial projects
• Experience in producing full sets of CD's in AutoCAD
• SketchUp experience is a plus
• Bachelor of Architecture preferred
