Screen Print Production Assistant

Eagle Graphics in Kaukauna, WI is looking for a Screen Print Production Assistant. For over 30 years, Eagle Graphics has been providing our customers with quality custom screen-printing, embroidery, promotional products, company stores, signs, banners, vehicle graphics and business printing. Our customer base consists of national accounts, large corporate clients, small business, retail and schools.

We are seeking a full-time (part-time also considered) Screen Print Production Assistant to join our team. This position will be involved in all aspects of our screen print production process including folding garments, assisting press the operator with prepping jobs for production, press cleanup, quality control and machine maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently fold and organize orders
• Unload printed materials from the screen printing press when needed
• Assist screen printing operators in setting up and clean up press
• Ensure accurate quality checks of printed materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth production flow
• Prepare and organize screens and inks for upcoming print jobs
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to provide a safe working environment
• Additional as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

Skills/Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal directions, solve problems, work in a fast-paced team environment, and perform quality control
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Will be required to stand for extended periods of time

Pay rate will be based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
