Proforma Add-a-line is hiring a full-time Print Account Manager.

Position reports to Operations Manager

Summary/Objective:

To provide customer service to clients with a primary focus on printing projects. Prepare quotes and process orders as needed. Main point of contact for most printing house accounts and support all sales staff as needed.

$19/hour starting pay, depending upon experience.

Job Duties:

• Knowledge of printing processes and capabilities, sense of design, and color, etc.

• Partners with sales team to provide assigned and overflow accounts with excellent service and information in terms of quality and project turnaround time

• Review print estimates, prepare quotes, calculate pricing and deliver/review proposals

Requirements:

• Good customer service skills/experience

• Enthusiastic about helping others

• Focused on setting and achieving high goals

• Comfortable managing high volume of work

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate openly with team and customers

Supervisory Responsibility:

• This position has no supervisory responsibility

Required Education:

• High school diploma or GED Required. Basic computer skills including Microsoft office are desired
