Established in 2004, we are a family-owned, experienced signs and graphics shop with great ambitions to capture the Houston's growing signage and graphics market. Through our expertise in design, fabrication, installation, strong customer focus, and quality relationships with our design and manufacturing partners, we help small to mid-size companies implement their branding inside and outside their workplaces.

What Will You Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of print and vinyl production, including small and large print runs for vehicle wraps, wall graphics, scheduling, material sourcing and vendor communication
• Operate, troubleshoot and maintain various printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output quality
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide creative input as needed. Estimate time and materials, track / maintain time schedules and coordinate installation trips
• Install reception area interior signage and small wall / vehicle graphics projects in the Houston Metro Area
• Use ShopVox software to maintain documentation of all signs and graphics projects
• Weed, tape vinyl, assist with general signage production and daily chores like unloading raw materials, cleaning and maintaining tools/ warehouse production areas etc.
• Perform quality assurance measures pre and post-production
• Take detailed hi-resolution pictures of all completed work / installations

What You Must Have

• 8 years of printed vinyl graphics production experience running roll-to-roll and flatbed printers in the fleet / interior signage industry
• Proficiency in using Onyx Printshop, Corel, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Experience laminating, mounting, and trimming
• Have experience with operating CNC / ZUND machine
• Sharp attention to detail and keen multi-tasking abilities with the ability to “think on the feet” to complete jobs without disrupting project schedules
• Self-motivation to work independently, dependably and on-time while having the team skills to work with team members for smooth sailing of all projects
• Ability to read work orders, sign proofs and architectural drawings to gather information for proper production / installation of signs
• Good understanding of typical construction site safety procedures
• Basic computer skills and use of sign project software like Cyrious, ShopVox, CoreBridge etc.
• Ability to remain calm and function effectively in stressful, unexpected, and/or emergencies
• Experience in light fabrication work and use of power tools
• Ability to lift 72 lbs

• Maintaining the current portfolio of custom signage products and taking it to the next level of quality, size and complexity in the multifamily / office / industrial markets
• Promoting Saifee Signs in a professional manner while on client site for site inspection surveys, installations, sign deliveries or a simple project meeting
• Becoming a valuable team player and helping out in multiple areas to meet company growth targets
• Following all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Feathers in your Cap!

• Experience in printing / coordinating / managing large projects
• Production experience in CNC Routing, Lasering, ADA signage
• Experience installing interior signage and wall / vehicle graphics projects
• Ability to use basic sign design softwares like Artcam, EnRoute, SignLab, Flexi etc.
• OSHA 10 / 30

Clean background check and ability to pass drug testing
Clean criminal record/clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
