Viking Coca Cola Production Maintenance Manager

Viking Coca Cola is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join and lead our maintenance team in our production facility. This position is a working management position that requires a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of our company's production and warehouse facility. Your duties will include, but not limited to: leading, planning, organizing, and working with a small team of maintenance personnel, while also collaborating with production leadership to gain continual improvement of the food safety and quality of our products, health and safety of those in our operations, and our environmental programs.

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
• Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
• Conducting regular inspections of all machinery to detect and resolve problems.
• Help troubleshoot and maintain all machinery to ensure it's in safe working condition.
• Develop and implement an effective preventative and predictive maintenance program.
• Performing both reactive and preventative maintenance on all production equipment with the goal of reducing reactive maintenance.
• Ensuring all department workers adhere to all quality, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
• Overseeing parts inventory and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous managerial experience is required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires 3 years of experience with manufacturing equipment. Preferably in the food and/or beverage industry including experience with blending and CIP systems.
• Requires working experience with PLC's, software programming, controls, pumps/motor controllers, conveyor timing and operation and DC to AC circuitry.
