    We are looking for a lead graphic designer and production specialist to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media and customers. The graphic designer's job includes the entire process of defining requirements with customers, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of brochures, books, product packaging, signs, posters, exhibit graphics, logos, and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to listen to customers to create winning designs. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with customers to capture requirements
    • Conceptualize visuals based on customer requirements
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
    • Amend designs after feedback
    • Prepare customer files to a production-ready state
    • Schedule projects and assist with production
    • Process jobs for digital printing and finishing

    Skills

    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • A strong portfolio of logos, illustrations, or other graphics
    • Adept with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, methodically, and meet deadlines
    • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
    • Print production experience is a major advantage

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
