• Write detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming to address the needs of each client• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run• Conduct training on specific treatment goals• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs• Communicate with the Director of Waiver Services on a regular basis • Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress• Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
• Must be currently licensed in applicable state or certified (BCBA)• Minimum Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or Behavior Analysis• Willingness to learn and follow the clinic’s standards of practice• Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office• Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and assessments/reassessments
