Senior Privacy Analyst

We are looking for a passionate Privacy Leader that wants to take the next step in their career and be part of an amazing Group and Company.

Physicians Mutual is hiring for a full time Senior Privacy Analyst as part of our Cyber, Data Security & GRC Group.  The primary focus of this role will be to lead the identification of potential privacy weaknesses and vulnerabilities, recommend privacy controls to mitigate vulnerabilities, lead privacy investigations, and reduce overall privacy risks.  The candidate will also assist with privacy policies, procedures, and operations to help ensure the organization meets privacy requirements and government regulations for the protection of personal and sensitive information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Information Systems OR equivalent combination of education and privacy experience.
• 4 years of privacy work experience
• Strong knowledge and application of privacy laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA).
• Experience with privacy investigations and regulatory notifications

PREFERRED:

• Ability to influence & lead
• Excellent communication skills & ability to engage with staff
• Privacy certifications
