Point O' Woods Golf & Country Club is looking for Clubhouse Dining & Banquet Event food servers that strive to exceed the expectations of our members and their guests. Our vision is to serve each member-guest in a professional, detailed, entertaining and compassionate manner.

Job Tasks:

• Provide courteous, obliging, attentive service to all members and guests.
• Be familiar with club information, such as Point O Woods Golf & Country Club Clubhouse lay-out, emergency procedures, key personnel and members.
• Check with members and guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take appropriate action to correct any problems.

• Escort members and guests to their tables.
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Inform customers of daily features.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs with service charges and sales taxes and entering chits into the POS system.
• Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, polished flatware
• Knowledge of bartending; mixing drinks, pouring wines and beer and help stocking bar with par levels of supplies and beverages.
• Knowledge of wines in pairing with food.
• Resetting of tables; linens, silverware, glasses and napkins.
• Able to lift 25 lbs. or more with no restrictions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management Team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
