This is a temporary position with possible transition to a full-time permanent position.**
This person will be required to work onsite Monday through Friday.**
Job Summary:
This person will support the Deposit Operations team.
Job Duties:
· This is a project to assist with over 1,000 accounts (and growing daily) that are in a dormant status.
· There is a daily flat file received that will need to be converted to Excel to make a log.
· Locate email addresses for client and FAs and add to log
· Send out emails to the Financial Advisors and clients notifying them of the dormancy
· Track data on Excel spreadsheet including dates of follow up, notifications and responses.
· Monitoring of the department email inbox
· Inputting batches into core processing system (data entry)
· Interact with various departments and financial advisors, as-needed
Skills:
Must Haves
· 2-3 years minimum of data entry/administrative experience required
· Financial services experience is preferred
· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel (must have the ability to create a basic spreadsheet, input data, manipulate columns/ rows, etc.)
· Intermediate skills with MS Word and Outlook
· High attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry (including 10 key)
· Clear and professional written and oral communication skills; ability to use proper spelling and grammar at all times
