Key Responsibilities:- Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information on various banking products, (business checking, savings, CDs, IRA’s, ), treasury services, and account-related questions.
- Banker Assistance: Collaborate with bankers to assist with lending questions, document preparation, and client interactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of banking documents, including loan applications, account paperwork, and client correspondence.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships by consistently delivering outstanding service, demonstrating empathy, and providing timely responses to inquiries.
- Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines to ensure the smooth operation of the private banking department.
- Client Engagement: Help create a warm, welcoming, and personalized environment that makes clients feel valued and important during their interactions with the bank.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in banking, private banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
