Private Banking Manager jobs in Utica, NY

Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including bartenders, servers, and hosts/hostesses
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements for guests
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Train and mentor front of house staff on service standards and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role, at least 3 years preferably in a casual/full service with bar setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending and food production
• Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
