The Process Engineer will implement and control the productive processes of Morgan SJdR based on technologies, analysis, and action plans, aimed at reducing the variability of the processes and impacting the quality of the products, which consequently impact the performance of the processes.
• Verify the production processes according to the requirements established by the client to ensure the quality of the products.
• Design, implement and verify control systems in the processes to meet the requirements of the client and the matrix of process changes, to comply with plant indicators.
• Design, develop and report, tests and experiments to improve the production performance of the different part numbers (Yields), for improvement and compliance with production programs.
• Design, develop and implement improvements in the process attached to the resolution of problems and tools for continuous improvement, to impact on the performance indicators of the plant.
• Document, display and control changes in production processes according to what is established in the matrix of process changes, to ensure the quality of the products.
• Development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with the performance indicators of the plant.
• Participate and assist in activities related to security deployment and assurance, inventory control, improvement activities and work environment.
Desirable:
Industrial Engineer, Mechanic, mechanical administrator, mechanical electrician, mechatronic, material engineer or related.
