A Crush Process Engineer will work with both hourly and salary colleagues in various areas of the operations, including production, engineering, quality,maintenance and commercial to support the facilities goals of a safe and efficient operation.
This role will assist with day-to-day operations of the facility and in supporting tracking and understanding department costs, yields, quality and process performance.
This position is also responsible for process improvements in all facets of operation through direct contributions of project development from conception though start-up.
This position will also work with the Process Safety Teams to update P&IDs, Control Narratives, Asset Criticality and Mechanical Integrity activities.
Lead Total Process Safety and Process Safety Management related tasks such as Mechanical Integrity, Asset Criticality, and Preventative Maintenance best practices.
Develop and update P&IDs, Control Narratives, and other documentation needed to safely operate the Enderlin Crush plant.Serves as a primary contact for major operational, production, and maintenance projects and coordinates internal and external resources as needed.
Project design, development and management that are specific to the operations.Provide feedback, mentorship and support to operators and supervisors to achieve short term and long-term department performance through use of KPI's, continuous improvement, and Performance Excellence concepts.
