Description:

Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements while aligning with AS9100 guidelines. Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and enhancements that meet AS9100 standards. Utilize process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence. Integrate automation solutions into manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and AS9100 compliance. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of automation systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of new equipment. Provide training to production personnel on quality control processes, automation, and AS9100 compliance. The Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with AS9100 requirements within the organization. This role involves a combination of quality control, process improvement, and capital equipment integration to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
