The Director of Engineering is primarily responsible for managing the daily maintenance operations for all five hotel properties, including Estéban Restaurant to promote a safe working environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Director of Engineering will work with supervisors, inspectors and department heads to ensure maximum efficiency. Supervise and manage the maintenance department, and provide accurate communication to the Vice President, General Manager.
