Pay Range
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The Process Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the technical and engineering resources, to ensure alignment of capabilities to production demand. The Process Engineering Manager develops technical strength and internal competencies to build upon JM's competitive position in the industry and work closely with JM's business units and research platforms to develop next generation products and processes, to improve existing products and processes, and ensure consistent production and suitable capability. In addition, the Process Engineering Manager serves as a technical expert and project manager for significant process and safety related projects.
