Position Summary
Leads a team of Process Engineers in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment, supporting resource planning and motivating the team. Ensures process engineering activities of the company are accomplished in accordance with BioMérieux’s quality system. Hire and support in onboarding new engineers. Ensure process engineers are trained and understand their roles and interdependencies within the team they are assigned to.
