Process Engineering Technician provides technical support to engineers to ensure production goals of the organization are met. Provides assistance related to the review of existing and design of new manufacturing equipment, processes, and plants. Being a Process Engineering Technician may suggest or implement equipment purchases, modifications or calibration changes that could result in improved productivity or reduced costs related to production. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Process Engineering Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Process Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Formulation Process Analyst

  • This is a first shift (Day) role with hours 6am-3pm M-F.

    Accountabilities:
    As a Process Analyst, you will provide analytical and process improvement support to the pharmaceutical operations in Formulation. You will build and maximise an advanced knowledge and understanding of production processes, identify opportunities for process improvement and reduction in process variability, and partner with production personnel, management, and other site functions to drive continuous improvement. You will create/enhance tools that drive standard work (changeover cards, station cards, Standard Operating Procedures, etc).

    Essential Skills/Experience:
    - High School diploma / GED required
    - Minimum of 2 years of work experience
    - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    - A high degree of computer systems proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
    - Process-focused perspective.
    - Clear and effective communications, both written and verbal
    - Strong interpersonal skills, adept at forming effective working relations with personnel at various levels of the organization

    Desirable Skills/Experience:
    - Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
    - Experience in a production environment
    - Experience with documentation in a GMP environment
    - Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment and proficiency in lean tools
    - Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies/procedures
    - Expertise in key production systems: SAP, Veeva EQV.
