Summary

MaineHealth is actively recruiting an RCM Process Analyst.  This is a 100% remote position.  It is a salaried, Monday through Friday role, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The successful candidate must have revenue cycle experience in order to be considered.  Individuals who have experience with EPIC would be strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

This individual will be responsible for anticipating and uncovering areas of improvement and working with key leadership to implement solutions. Lead projects and document actions and outcomes. Will identify shortfalls in current systems and analyze data to support solutions.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. 1. Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent revenue cycle leadership experience.
   2. License/Certifications: N/A
   3. Experience: See "Education." A minimum of 4 years' applicable revenue cycle or insurance experience. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or related experience. Experience creating detailed reports and presenting findings.
   4. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
   5. Leading ongoing reviews of business and developing optimization strategies.
   6. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
   7. Documenting and Communicating the results of your efforts.
   8. Effectively communicate your insight and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
   9. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce meaningful reports.
   10. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
   11. Providing leadership, training, coaching and guidance to junior staff.
   12. Prioritizing based on business needs and requirements.
   13. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
   14. Excellent documentation skills.
   15. Excellent Excel skills.
   16. Keyboard and data entry skills are required. Computer experience is required with Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and internet communication, as well as the ability to work effectively with electronic work quality monitoring and electronic systems.
   17. Requires the employee to have experience with or the capability to be trained to solve problems and work towards solutions in an independent and/or team manner.
