    • Billing.
    • General communicating via email and phone with prospects, and job related organizing for documents or work order flow.

    • Track projects/estimates in Cyrious and follow up with customers as needed.

    • Send invoices out and make sure all information is correct.
    • Send close out documents on jobs.
    • Send surveys.
    • Take new sales calls and screen or qualify.
    • Take email request and make new estimates.
    • Route phone calls to the right person.
    • Keep various tasks/projects/estimates organized and on track.
    • Help as required for “how-to” manuals, order office supplies, or other request.
    • Create To-Do list for the day and go over daily with office manager.
    • Follow up in Cyrious for notes and calendar items.
    • Follow up on time sheet inputting.
    • Review the week’s accomplishments with Manager.
    • Other tasks as assigned.
    Job Requirements:
    • Must pass drug screen.
    • Previous construction or engineering background required.
    • Must understand math and decimal conversions.
    • Familiar with renderings, scale, or architectural drawings.
    • Organized.
    Hours: 8-4:30 M-F

    Pay Range: $15-17/hr depending on experience.
