Job Summary
The Produce Department Manager-In-Training assists the Produce Department Manager with overseeing daily operations in the Produce Department. Duties primarily revolve around assisting the general management of the department employees, which include, but are not limited to, providing, and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to assist the Manager with keeping records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance.
The Produce Department Manager-In-Training will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
