Description

The Event Producer is responsible for logistics, planning and facilitation of all assigned events: The Event Producer coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the event planning process is flawlessly executed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review event proposals for accurate information before Account Managers send to clients
• Coordinate all event planning detail and communication via appropriate applications (Caterease, Salesforce, etc.)
• Manage all updates and effectively communicate with the client and all internal stakeholders: Guest counts, menu selections, client-approved itineraries, floor plans, venue coordination, pre-event check-ins, checksheet oversight, client-provided rental needs
• Coordinate logistics with contracted vendors (rental inventory, floral, etc.)
• Oversee final event audit for accuracy and distribute inter-departmentally
• Weekly audit of event schedule to ensure “real-time” accuracy of event status
• Provide on-site support for complex events as Event Producer deems necessary
• Lead site visits and walk-throughs for contracted events
