Being a Producer ensures productions adhere to budgeting and specifications and follow designated schedules and timelines. Collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Additionally, Producer typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Producer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     • You have print production AND broadcast production experience.
    • You love to look at projects across disciplines to get a wholistic view through print, broadcast, experiential and possibly even digital.
    • You are able to handle simple and complex print production projects including brochures, directs mail, specialty printing
    • You can produce photo shoots, animation and CGI projects and videos working with internal teams and external production houses
    • You take full ownership of a project and manage it to a successful end.
    • You have trade show experience.
    • You thrive in pressure situations.
    • Clients love you because you’re comfortable communicating clearly with them and collaborating on project details.
    • You have a proven track record of flawless executions and creating beautiful work.
    • You may already have strong vendor relationships in the Milwaukee/Chicago markets.
    • You’ve probably got some integrated or digital experience.
