- Analyze client information to determine appropriate insurance coverage options
- Present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage details and benefits
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive rates for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
Skills:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry or related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Proficient in using technology tools for sales presentations and client management
- Prior experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
