Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze client needs to provide appropriate insurance solutions. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a book of business by actively prospecting and generating new leads

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service

- Analyze client information to determine appropriate insurance coverage options

- Present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage details and benefits

- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive rates for clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

Skills:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry or related field

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

- Proficient in using technology tools for sales presentations and client management

- Prior experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
