    What you'll be doing: 
    We are seeking a Project Manager / Producer who will deliver exceptional client projects on time and on budget. Grow your project management experience while working on cutting-edge projects across AEC and Vertical industries. 

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing client contacts.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
    • Focus on the smooth management of the project process, ensuring clarity of requirements, deliverables, timelines, and visibility against fees throughout the project life cycle.
    • Prepare, communicate, and monitor project work plans, budgets, and deliverables for client and internal teams.
    • Develop and implement effective review cycles of each product milestone and/or deliverable to identify areas for improvement and/or project risk, proposing solutions to necessary stakeholders.
    • Contribute positively to project reports and staffing meetings with concise and accurate information to continually improve the studio’s delivery and financial objectives. 
    • Review internal project accounting documents and process draft project billing.
    • Coordinate the delivery of large features that span multiple teams (i.e. engineering, art, design, audio, and QA)  
    • Facilitate team ceremonies utilizing agile methodologies, such as, but not limited to, standups, sprint/milestone planning and reviews, build reviews, play tests, brainstorm sessions, and feature kickoffs.  
    • Collaborate with Leads to ensure clear goals are set for milestones and realized during development.
    • Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions.

    Qualifications and Skills/Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager / producer on a range of project types.
    • Experience managing multiple project teams.
    • Experience negotiating project scope and fees.
    • Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on projects.
    • Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills.
    • Strong product mindset, passionate about delivering world class experience to our customers. 
    • Ability to work under stress and help your team members to navigate various challenges and achieve positive results. 
    • This position requires full-time on-site at the Imerza headquarters in Sarasota. 

    Bonus Points:
    • Accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
    • Has experience in the AECO industry.
    • Experience with different project management methodologies (i.e. Sprint, Agile, Kanban) and can identify which methodology is best suited fit the different needs of the project.
    • Revit skills are highly valued.
    • Unreal Engine skills are highly valued.

    Compensation:
    • Base Salary.
    • $65,000 - 85,000.
