    Salary: up to $90,000

    Experience needed: must have Ceridian payroll experience, from a Super-User or Systems Admin level, not just a user of the payroll software. Must have at least 2 modules experience within Ceridian, with the more the better. Looking for at least 5 years in HRIS payroll systems, with at least 18 months to 2 years working within Ceridian.

    Responsibilities
    • Maintain the confidentiality of personal employee information, company information, records, and related issues in accordance with all the applicable laws.
    • Configuration and testing of the Ceridian system during the implementation project.
    • Ongoing configuration and testing of the Ceridian system beyond the implementation project.
    • Configuring workflows, reports, and other forms in the Ceridian system.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    • The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as stated in EMS policy CEVPL.00005.
    • The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 Corporate Quality Manual.
    Qualifications
    • Four-year College Degree preferred
    • Three to Five years' experience in Human Resources or Payroll
    • Three to Five years' of Ceridian system administration experience
    • Three to Five years' payroll processing experience
    • Three to Five years' years of human resources administration experience an asset
    • Ability to read, write and speak English effectively
    • Basic Mathematical skills
    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Demonstrated good internal customer service skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
