The Management Analyst - Central Travel Office, performs a wide variety of highly responsible tasks by way of analytical assistance for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs, administration, and oversight within the Central Travel Office (CTO). Provides support for the CTO Lead and assists the team with direction, work assignments, and training.

• Develops and implements records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assures compliance with program.
• Disseminates work to CTO Team and follows queues to completion.
• Trains workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.
• Prepares and submits, through the NASA travel system, foreign and domestic travel authorizations (TAs), reservations, and vouchers in accordance with approved procedures that include the FTR and NFTRS.
• Ensure the accuracy of all travel information in TAs prior to Travel Office approval, request corrections, and track travel requests through the travel management system to ensure timely approval and ticketing.
• Reporting, analyzing, and implementing any process or policy changes approved by the OCFO.
• Confers with personnel to ensure successful functioning of procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Requires 24 semester hours of college coursework in business-related fields or a bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Requires three years’ experience in a business-related field demonstrating self-confidence, management of workload, communication with diverse individuals, application of good judgment, and working knowledge of business systems.
• Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
