Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. The Knowledge Management Director is the champion for organization-wide data collection, knowledge sharing, and systemic learning so that pertinent information and experiences are shared internally, and as appropriate, externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The Knowledge Management Director is also the primary communications source for Strategic Operations, developing and promoting the adoption of documentation templates for system, database, and program information. This role will function as the manager responsible for deliverables of substantial scope and complexity and serving as primary contributor for marketing efforts, preparing, revising, and maintaining technical documents to meet client deliverables.
