Product/Brand Management Director manages, develops, and oversees the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product/Brand Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. The Director of Product Management provides leadership and direction for Product Management and Sales for all lines of businesses. This position directs departmental staff and ensures cross-functional engagement on business plans, performance metrics and key initiatives. This position is accountable for building a high performance, values driven culture for the Product Management and Sales teams. This role is an analytical thinker who drives performance improvement through metrics, is mindful and committed to the AlohaCare mission and partnerships needed to accomplish organizational goals.
