Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new EHR system for our skilled nursing facility and residential home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare IT projects, a deep understanding of EHR systems and their impact on clinical workflows, and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    " Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the new EHR system, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

    " Oversee all aspects of the project, including vendor selection, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support.

    " Manage and coordinate a team of IT and clinical professionals to ensure the successful implementation of the EHR system.

    " Provide ongoing project updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation process.

    " Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the EHR system meets all requirements and functions as intended.

    " Develop and implement training materials and programs to ensure all users are proficient in using the new EHR system.

    " Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user issues and ensure the EHR system is functioning optimally.

    " Track and report on project progress and metrics to demonstrate the success of the EHR implementation.

    Qualifications:

    " Must be proficient in Point Click Care/SNF application.

    " Must have skilled nursing experience.

    " Clinical expertise as it relates to long term care.

    " Ability to verify accurate migration.

    " Experience with HL7 interfaces

    " Knowledge of CMS (Medicare/MediClientd) regulations as it pertains to skilled nursing facilities (clinical/fiscal requirements)

    " Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

    " Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders.

    " Strong understanding of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

    " Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

    " Experience with data migration and system integration.

    " Proven ability to train and support end-users on new IT systems.
