    We are seeking a Product Manager, Development Platform on a contract basis to join the team. This role is data-centric focused and passionate about enabling digital transformation through data. The candidate in this role has a strong knowledge of software product development, a solid technical background, and a proven track record of delivering solutions that improve the productivity of users.
    The company is looking for a highly strategic and tactical, analytical, inventive, consumer data-centric focused, team-oriented individual who can simultaneously understand the big picture and have a strong command of the technical details. The candidate in this role will have a proven track record of delivering results under tight timelines and bringing cross-functional teams together to meet evolving business needs.
    This role will be an integral part of the team, working in a highly cross-functional highly matrixed dynamic, and fast-paced working environment. This role is onsite in Beaverton, OR.

    What You’ll do:
    Be the liaison between the cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and the product squad team in understanding and documenting requirements, use cases, business benefits/impacts, and source to target mappings, etc
    Be key to understanding the data better and delivering foundational data artifacts that will ensure operational readiness of the data for secure access and consumption, including the realization of a complete set of metadata
    Work in an agile environment, creating and prioritizing epics and working with the team to translate requirements into stories with acceptance criteria, track deliverables, and timelines, and manage and escalate risks as necessary
    Coordinate intake requests and gather all the necessary details to facilitate request reviews, prioritization, and access approvals
    Set quarterly key results and metrics to ensure that we as a team are delivering business value that ladders up to the organization's top priorities
    Ensure that the team is delivering and tracking to work defined on the roadmap and quarterly planning commitments
    Champion data-driven product vision and strategy that supports the company’s top priorities
    Identify the strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives

    The ideal candidate must have:
    5 years of experience in Digital Product Management and Product Delivery
    Excellent listener and communicator who can effectively facilitate intake requests, requirements gathering, understanding of use cases, and other types of cross-functional discussions
    Highly proficient in SQL, MYSQL, or similar experience in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets
    Good understanding and ability to interpret JSON contracts, APIs
    Highly proficient in the creation of new and understanding of existing Source to Target Mappings of data transformations and integrations
    Highly proficient in data analysis and validation
    Experience working on metadata
    Passionate about documentation
    Ability to timely and proactively manage issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
    Positive demeanor
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication
    Ability to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix-based, global environment
    Experience operating in Agile/SCRUM delivery methodology
    Ability to quickly ramp up on the different Product Creation data sources available
    Passion for data and doing the right thing
    Ability to manage the intake and prioritization process to understand data needs from both business and tech partners, consumers, and stakeholders
    Technical proficiency in query data, access data from both front-end and back-end applications, and ability to build and read sources to target mappings
    Knowledge of metadata (work experience on metadata preferred)

    Strong analytical and technical background:
    Ability to own an epic E2E, define acceptance criteria and ensure that all dependent teams are aware of any changes or work required, including integrations

    Education:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science area or equivalent

    Hours & Location:
    M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be onsite in Beaverton, OR.
