ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The basic function of the Architectural Project Manager is to work under minimal supervision to carry out designs from concept to completion. Applicant must be passionate about residential based projects and appreciate modern design.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager Architect
• Residential and/or commercial project experience preferred
• Proficient in Revit, Bim 360,
• Experience with CAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
• Ability to Draft complete set of construction documents in Revit
• Capable of preparing complete high-quality DD and CD drawing sets
• Capable of coordinating/meeting with engineers
• Capable of leading the Construction Admin services
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, organized, focused, and self-starting
• Adaptable and collaborative with diverse in-house team of developers, builders, designers, and marketing
• Excellent communication, team building, resource management and conflict resolution skills a must
• Professional Architecture Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Active Utah license preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client in-house to understand project requirements
• Explore/Research current trends in residential multi-family projects
• Produce site-studies and explore site potentialities and layouts with developers
• Work closely with developer to design conceptual layouts that work in a pro-forma
• Design the project from the ground up, while working with client and being flexible as project needs shift in a fast-paced environment
• Create 3D models and loose renderings
• Bring project documents into code compliance
• Lead/manage and draft complete construction drawings, including managing all engineers and consultants
• Assist client with city entitlements documents and guide project through permit review
• Perform construction administration through project completion
• Create proposals and obtain RFP’s from clients for new projects
