    Position Summary

    Provides support to On Location and Service Operations in general, Oracle order support, Service Code creation, data quality assurance. Manages Service Operations and Sales access to customer facilities through various vendor credentialing services. Initiate New Hire medical screening and support the clear-to-hire process.

    Duties

    Credentialing Support:

    1. Initiates New Hire medical screening to qualify candidate to start
    2. Coordinates with HR/Training to manage New Hire Training queue
    3. Establishes new Customer Site specific credentials for each employee
    4. Manages routine medical requests for ongoing credentialing requirements
    5. Communicates routine updates to Service Ops and Sales regarding Credentialing
    6. Point person for post-accident medical screening requests
    7. Directs HR on which positions require credentialing
    8. Ensures all necessary credentialing related education is assigned to Ops and Sales members

    Operations Support:

    1. Create new items (Service Codes) in Oracle
    2. Provide ad hoc reporting support to Operations, et al
    3. Manage the Errored Order Process, ensure all orders are shipped in month of service
    4. Provide data quality support to Senior Analyst
    5. Assist with special projects and initiatives

    Education Degree

    • High School Diploma or GED

    Required Experience

    1. 2 years applicable, operational experience with an Associate’s Degree, OR 4 years experience with a High School Diploma
    2. Knowledge and experience with current word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphical and file management software. Proficiency in typing and keyboard topology

    Preferred Experience

    3. Medical device industry preferred
    4. Bachelor's degree in related science or technical discipline a plus, but not required

    Pay range for this opportunity is $50,250.00 - $70,350.00.


    Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.


    Employees (and their families) may enroll in our company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings account, voluntary benefits, supplemental life/AD&D plans and the company’s 401k plan. Employees are covered by an employee assistance program (also available to household members) and long-term disability. Full-Time Employees are also eligible for short-term disability. Full-time Employees will also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service and paid Holidays. Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
