The Role

Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Analyst Chapter! We are looking for someone who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers and agile. The Product Analyst will join forces with the squad lead, engineers, architects, and operations teams to ensure our business objectives become reality in our Data Protection & Analytics space.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field
• 5 years’ experience as systems analyst or business analyst delivering technology solutions using agile development practices
• Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application
• Strong analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivering sophisticated technology projects
• Developed Customer Centric Approach
• Experience in collecting requirements and translating them to well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria
• Experience with minimum viable product definition and product backlog management
• Experience with vendor integrations including performing gap analysis and statistical analysis
• Continuous improvement attitude and encourage an Agile way of working
• Experience with SQL and data analysis

The Team

Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data and systems. The Product Analyst Chapter is the center of excellence for product analysis and driven toward outstanding solutions. We work in partnership with the squad lead, engineers and architects in the Data Analytics space. This role offers tremendous exposure to industry leading Data Analytics processes & practices, exposure to ETL and API solutions, exposure to Data Modeling, Business Intelligence, Direct Customer and Partner Interaction and other leading systems monitoring tools & technologies for Data Protection and Analytics.

Dynamic Working

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
