• Client Experience Associate

• Client Experience Executive

What We Need From You:

• Assist in managing in-house accounts utilizing our CRM system, HubSpot.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Form genuine connections with existing clients to ignite their loyalty with our brand and unlock upselling opportunities.
• Conquer new clients through multiple channels - inbound, warm leads, and rocking it at trade shows.
• A go-getter, deal closing, customer service extraordinaire, and team player ready to grow existing accounts and crush sales goals like a pro.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, account management, sales, or business development, bonus if in the alternative products industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• A team player, with a drive to succeed!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
