We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in generating net new business opportunities.

This role will play an essential part in our national growth strategy and uncovering cross selling opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a career growth mindset, great work ethic and high degree of resilience. Self-motivation and exceptional communication skills are a must!

What you will be doing:

• Raise awareness and generate interest for the Complete Network services portfolio through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
• Schedule initial discovery calls for our Business Development Executives
• Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities
• Manage activity, accounts and campaigns via HubSpot
• Learn our service portfolio and effective messaging to our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
• Work with Sales Management to provide market feedback and improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role
• Collaborate with other Complete Network team members to learn from best practices and develop outreach strategies

Qualifications:

• You are located within commutable distance of our Charlotte, NC office
• Have sold in the past and are looking to develop a sales career path
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You strive to grow and develop capabilities and never back down from a challenge
• You are coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback

Pay Structure: Base Salary Meeting Bonuses (uncapped)

Total OTE: $80,000
