We’re seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to craft engaging and accurate product listings across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

Job Overview

The E-commerce Product Listing Specialist will create educational, customer-friendly listings for technical products, ensuring they remain true to their original specifications. This role requires advanced writing skills, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while meeting productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing Creation:

Write clear, engaging, and error-free product descriptions for technical items such as RFID devices and ID card printers.
Simplify complex specifications into customer-friendly language without altering technical accuracy.

• Basic Web Layout:

Apply web design principles to structure listings professionally on Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

• AI-Enhanced Content Generation:

Leverage AI tools to draft content, refining outputs with prompting techniques and manual adjustments.

• Graphic Editing:

Perform basic image edits (e.g., cropping, resizing, background removal) using Photoshop or similar tools.

• Independent Workflow:

Troubleshoot minor platform issues, utilize available resources for resolution, and maintain a consistent workflow.
Meet daily productivity goals for listing creation.

• Weekly Collaboration:

Participate in weekly progress meetings to discuss objectives and ensure listing quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced writing and proofreading skills for clear and professional listings.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and rephrase complex product specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart), including creating variations and managing bulk listings.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for managing price lists and importing/exporting product data.
• Basic web layout skills for crafting visually appealing listings.
• Experience with Photoshop or similar tools for basic image adjustments.
• Comfort with AI tools and effective prompting techniques to enhance content quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Specific knowledge of RFID technology and ID card printers.
• Familiarity with SEO strategies and marketplace integration tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with web design and layout optimization.
