POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for activities associated with GLOBE execution and the corresponding integration with complementary systems, as well as accurately managing the hourly production scheduling and timekeeping processes. These activities include but are not limited: daily follow-up on system accuracy, integration with complementary systems including MES (but not limited to), training and validation of same; preparing and posting weekly schedules, inputting schedules in Kronos, communicating with Production Supervisors on staffing shortages, proper labor codes and attendance. Optimizes the position to ensure that business needs are achieved in a timely & efficient manner according to Nestle Freehold deliverables.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the system for Confirmations.
Run all Health checks for GLOBE compliance o Develop and deliver the training of this material with plant population as needed.
Maintain high level of system competence and ongoing development in GLOBE systems o Assignment of SAP user roles
Business Excellence Factory Super User Representative
GFI indicator reporting
Own the system for Confirmations.
Consolidate product confirmation between DMO and SAP
Weekly reporting on product confirmations and line performance
- Scheduling and Timekeeping:
Complete schedules for hourly associates by their respected line or department and post weekly with prior review from Production Supervisor
Update and maintain accurately schedules, job codes and timecards in Kronos for assigned group/department of hourly associates
Attend the weekly variance meeting
Administer overtime assignment according to department overtime procedure
Run reports (SAP, DMO, Kronos,) for assigned department(s)
Support NCE/TPM processes including active roles in pillars
Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP, Kronos, other systems and processes, through enabling and developing competency in others.
Process purchases for assigned department(s) (purchase requests, p-card,)
Comply with all safety, quality and environmental regulations (Internal & External) and applicable Nestle standards.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Production Manager relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
HS Diploma or equivalency required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of system experience in a manufacturing operations environment preferred.
Knowledge of systems (ie. GLOBE/DMO & MES, NCE, Kronos,) is a requirement.
