POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for auditing production totals, reporting material consumption; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: General

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Reviews production requirements daily.

• Maintain and updates necessary production documentation.

• Generates daily production reports for each operation detailing efficiency and downtime; publishes production statistics.

• Assists with monthly inventory reconciliation, including finished goods and raw materials.

• Organizes and maintains clean and orderly work areas.

• Promotes and advances safety and overall production efficiency.

• Assists in any research or special projects as needed.

• Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

• Regular attendance is required, and work overtime as needed.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

• On the job training experience is required to be able to perform duties.
