Overview
Our documentary film production company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an office Production Assistant.
Your work is essential, so we can focus on what’s important and move forward quickly.
Please note - this is NOT a full time job and schedule will be created on a weekly basis - as needed. This will probably evolve into a full time job in the next couple of months.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Researching
- Contacting vendors and collecting quotes
- Scheduling meetings and filming days
- Compute tasks
- Coordinating
- Helping with other tasks around the office
You MUST shave the following skills and abilities:
- Be a team member
- Be detail oriented
- Know how to use computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Adobe Suite is an advantage)
- Be responsible and self motivated
- Be able to work from our office
