Responsibilities You will initiate, plan, coordinate, and execute impactful audiovisual projects to inform and educate the general public and specialized audiences regarding programs, activities, capabilities, and services.
You will perform related work such as, but not limited to, all aspects of photography, such as acting as a principal still photographer, trains / mentors others and stays abreast of audiovisual technology changes.
You will establish and maintain a video library with a database index for easy access while duplicating and disseminating in-house visual information productions and other video material to field.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : Experience with mastering of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of audiovisual communication to effectively communicate information through the creation, scripting, directing, filming, editing, and finalizing of audiovisual products for a range of uses, including entertainment, public education, and training and development;
and Engaging professionally with broadcast media representatives and public affairs professionals and working with websites and social media.
