Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 6:30 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Excel and Word documentation creation, editing, etc.
• Data Entry
• Break down orders for the floor (ship tickets, pick tickets)
• Key orders in optimizing software / Auto Cad.
• Process Runs for the Glass & Poly Cutters
• Prepare documents for daily meetings.
• Update factory Load order as required.
• Document the company schedule of the information provided from the Lami lines, cutting tables, Poly saws daily.
• Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, sales personnel, etc. on material status and production planning requirements.
• Check and audit all sales orders for accuracy.
• Complete shipping information and delivery date input.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Keep work area clean and neat.
• Follow all safety practices and procedures
