Production Control Clerk jobs in Dallas, TX

The primary function of the Production Clerk is to coordinate with Demand Planning and Production Team Leads while monitoring Medplanner to ensure the timely creation of Packaging Masters and Labels for Production runs. In addition, the Production Clerk will be a cross-trained Production Technician and work in the labs as needed.

The opportunity:

• Create Packaging Masters/ Labels
  • Coordinate with Demand and Planning and create/print all orders/labels as needed.
  • Utilize SYSPRO, MEDPLANNER, MEDWMS and MEDPRINT for production processes
  • Monitor all RMA/Rework demand with Quality Team and create orders as needed for production.

• Job Receipt/Kit-Issue
  • Inspect/Verify Packaging Masters according to procedure before/after production runs
  • Ensure that all adjustments and changes are made using the MEDWMS scanner or SYSPRO for all production runs
  • Specific Issue all labels and job receipt orders as needed
  • Ensure accurate label reconciliation/accuracy at all times

• Production of Chemicals and Devices            
  • Ensure labs and production tools/utensils are maintained according to procedure
  • Ensure PPE is maintained at all times according to procedure
  • Coordinate all repackaging activities with the Production Team
  • Collaborate with all departments as needed for maximum efficiency

You:

• Heavy lifting required at times in excess of 25kg
• Accountable, dependable, Team player with strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of SYSPRO/MEDWMS an asset
• Ability to use FORKLIFT and other powered equipment an asset
• Use of Respirator and full PPE required at times
