Job Title: Production Coordinator

The primary function of this position is to assist in various areas of the Fabrication Shop where needed.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare job packets and coordinate the Fabrication Shop per FMS schedules.
• Assist in managing all ERP systems [FMS, Pick, Bundle].
• Create, split, closeout, and update FMS job entries as needed.
• Review and confirm FMS and Bundle system counts match.
• Assist in monitoring the Jobs in Design report and communicate accordingly.
• Assist in cycle counting inventory for weld outlets and cast fittings.
• Monitor, manage, and review the job PDF folders and access for the weld lines.
• Monitor and process all blue tickets and field call ins.
• Coordinate make on assemblies (Riser Nipples, Trapeze, Ada-caps, etc).

• High school diploma or GED is
• Previous production experience is required.
