Job Title: Production Coordinator
The primary function of this position is to assist in various areas of the Fabrication Shop where needed.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare job packets and coordinate the Fabrication Shop per FMS schedules.
- Assist in managing all ERP systems [FMS, Pick, Bundle].
- Create, split, closeout, and update FMS job entries as needed.
- Review and confirm FMS and Bundle system counts match.
- Assist in monitoring the Jobs in Design report and communicate accordingly.
- Assist in cycle counting inventory for weld outlets and cast fittings.
- Monitor, manage, and review the job PDF folders and access for the weld lines.
- Monitor and process all blue tickets and field call ins.
- Coordinate make on assemblies (Riser Nipples, Trapeze, Ada-caps, etc).

- High school diploma or GED is
- Previous production experience is required.
- Ability to perform basic business mathematical functions is required.
Computer Skills:
