As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our trailer production activities. You'll lead and direct the operations in your assigned area, ensuring that we meet our production schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that the trailers we produce are consistent with the engineering drawings, exceeding customer expectations every time.

Responsibilities:
Champion a culture of safety by ensuring strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
Lead and supervise a team of employees, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, and safety targets consistently.
Develop a comprehensive staffing plan for the week, optimizing resources and supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Conduct safety observations and collaborate with the ME department to establish and review standard work procedures.
Maintain up-to-date training matrices for the team, fostering continuous learning and development. Foster a clean and organized work environment using the principles of 5S.
Actively participate in weekly safety meetings, effectively communicating key topics discussed to the employees within your group.
Requirements:
GED or high school diploma is required.
Minimum of 2 years previous manufacturing experience including working knowledge of production techniques and procedures, safety regulations, inspection criteria, and plant-wide initiatives.
Minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role
Successful completion of a favorable background screening, drug screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States are required for employment.
Preferred Skills:
Additional training or education beyond a GED or high school diploma.
Previous supervisory or management experience in a production or similar environment is preferred.
Excellent ability to provide clear instructions, effectively supervise and lead individuals and teams.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and customer specifications.
